When you have very tercengkeram in deep anxiety, you usually will feel that anxiety is unlikely to escape from you. So it this grip, even you may think that you live to be anxious. Worrying, is not it?
Dear Readers, anxiety is the human. No man who never felt the anxiety. Even though a prophet. Why? Because we are indeed created by the Almighty Creator has the ability to feel, ponder and think about something. Precisely with this ability, a concern arises that may still be suspected, possibly, signs that may occur or even none at all.
Anxiety hit all mankind, including me. Anxiety is not something that is not a sin or even diseases. Anyone can feel anxious: children, adolescents, adults, even parents though. If this is so, so what's the solution?
Here are some simple tips for how you cope with anxiety or anxiety disorders in your life.

1. I think one of the most fundamental is how you respond to the conditions you are thinking (would happen) or you're really facing (going through). The more calm you deal with it, the higher your comfort. 


2. Fill your heart with confidence that you are good people. You are loved by many people. You are strong. With evidence that you are still breathing today, shows that you survive (survivors) with your life path so far. You are strong, really strong. 


3. Embed this in your heart the most in that God the Helper will help you. Although you are in a state seterpuruk / sehancur anything. Be assured that He will help you at least help you stay alive. 


4. When associated with the treatment of others towards you, change the paradigm / pattern of your view, replace with better. Replace the image pattern with the pattern of other pictures that please you. 


5. Dare yourself to be happy! Yes, happiness is your right, my rights, and rights of every person. Why would you not be happy? Make this as a shield for your courage to reach for your happiness. 


Dear Readers, anxiety is not worth living in yourself. Anxiety should go away in your heart. Replace him with a feeling of happiness that you achieve with courage.
