What is kidney failure?
Kidney failure is a state of decline in renal function, accumulation of toxins andmetabolic waste. Depending on the severity of symptoms of kidney damageoccurring.
How symptoms of kidney failure?
Renal failure will lead to a collection of symptoms called uremi syndrome, comprising:
- Nausea, vomiting
- decreased appetite
- Headache, weak
- Frequent colds
- Shortness of breath, bloating, diarrhea
- Often 'ceguken'
- At first, frequent urination at night, then urinating less or no urine
- In the state of severe impairment of consciousness accompanied by convulsions
Renal failure there are 2 kinds:
- Acute Renal Failure (ARF), sudden onset, if managed well will recover completely.
- Chronic renal failure (chronic renal failure), the occurrence of slowly, can not becured. With regular treatment can prevent worsening of kidney function.
  Causes of Acute Renal Failure
- pre-renal causes: diarrhea and vomiting, bleeding, extensive burns. - Causes ofRenal: acute glomerulonephritis (puffy face, leg swelling, increased blood pressure,sometimes accompanied by low back pain and red urine), drug toxicity.
- The cause of post-renal: urinary tract obstruction (stones, tumors, blood clots, etc.).Marked as severe back pain crumpled, sometimes red urine, decreased or no urine.
Causes of Chronic Renal Failure
Chronic glomerulonephritis (puffy face, high blood pressure, urinating lessintermittent)
Diabetes mellitus
Hypertension
Kidney stones
Drugs


What should be done to prevent kidney failure?
To prevent the occurrence of renal failure, if you meet the circumstances as mentioned above, then immediately go and consult with your doctor. Make a check oflaboratory urinalysis, urea and creatinine every 6 months
